A growing integrated medical practice in Shorewood, IL is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (FPA) to join its Physical Medicine and Regenerative Medicine department. This part-time opportunity is ideal for providers passionate about innovative wellness and regenerative therapies.
The NP will provide medical evaluations, perform procedures, and support patients on their wellness journey in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• Active Illinois APRN license with Full Practice Authority (FPA).
• 1–3 years of NP experience required (family practice or integrative care preferred).
• Strong bedside manner and excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in managing patient interactions and providing high-quality care.

• Conduct physical examinations and medical assessments.
• Order and review diagnostic imaging and lab tests.
• Perform and assist with injections and regenerative medicine procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary wellness team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Provide patient education, counseling, and ongoing care management.
