POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients across the lifespan within underserved community healthcare setting • Opportunity to practice evidence-based medicine within collaborative multidisciplinary care environment • Team-focused clinical structure supporting preventative care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships • Built-in administrative time and manageable patient volume designed to support provider balance and quality care delivery • Scenic Northern Arizona location near Lake Powell, Antelope Canyon, and Horseshoe Bend COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $109,000 – $152,000 • $7,500 retention bonus beginning second year SCHEDULE • Four-day work week • Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday schedule options • No call responsibilities • Built-in administrative time ROLE • Deliver outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages • Manage acute and chronic medical conditions within community health environment • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care • Maintain evidence-based preventative care and treatment standards • Support underserved and culturally diverse patient populations • Maintain clinical documentation and care coordination workflows ENVIRONMENT • Outpatient-only primary care setting • Mission-driven healthcare organization • Collaborative team-based care structure • Community-focused underserved patient population • Scenic desert Southwest location with outdoor recreation access BENEFITS • Relocation assistance available • FTCA malpractice coverage • CME allowance: $2,000 annually plus 40 paid CME hours • 3 weeks paid vacation plus sick leave • Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 403(b) retirement plan with up to 9% combined employer and employee match • Paid licensure, DEA, and membership fees • Additional voluntary benefits available • Employee Assistance Program • Federal student loan repayment eligibility Requirements • Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC) REQUIRED • Arizona license or ability to obtain REQUIRED • Active DEA registration REQUIRED • Current BLS certification REQUIRED • Passion for underserved and culturally diverse communities REQUIRED • Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills REQUIRED • Two years ambulatory care experience preferred • Navajo or Spanish language skills preferred Not ready to formally apply?
