Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers in Burlington, New Jersey. POSITION OVERVIEW Provide full-scope outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions. Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate specialty referrals. Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, behavioral health providers, and interdisciplinary care teams. Utilize dedicated administrative time for documentation, care coordination, and patient follow-up. Serve a diverse and underserved patient population in a mission-driven community health setting. WHY NURSE PRACTITIONERS ARE APPLYING Monday-Friday schedule with one rotating late clinic day. Outpatient-only primary care practice. 18-24 patients per day. Established team-based care model. Loan repayment eligible opportunity. Four weeks of PTO plus paid holidays, sick time, and personal time. Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Current New Jersey Nurse Practitioner licensure or eligibility. Current DEA registration or ability to obtain. Experience providing outpatient primary care. Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Comfort serving diverse and underserved patient populations. Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Bilingual Spanish is preferred but not required.
