POSITION OVERVIEW • Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients of all ages • Focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education • Stable clinical environment with collaborative care team support • Dedicated daily administrative time built into schedule • Opportunity to focus on patient care without weekends or call responsibilities COMPENSATION • Base Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 • Student Loan Repayment up to $50,000 • Relocation Assistance up to $10,000 SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday schedule • No weekends required • No call responsibilities • 7 clinical hours daily plus 1 hour administrative time • One late clinic shift every 6–7 weeks ROLE • Provide outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan • Manage chronic conditions and preventative healthcare services • Educate patients on wellness and treatment plans • Average patient volume of 15+ patients daily • Collaborate closely with experienced interdisciplinary care team ENVIRONMENT • Stable outpatient primary care setting • Full clinical support staff provided • Team-based patient-centered care environment • Mission-focused healthcare organization • Consistent weekday-only clinical workflow BENEFITS • Health insurance with employee cost of $48.86 bi-weekly • Dental and vision insurance • 23 PTO days plus 9.5 paid holidays • $3,500 CME allowance plus CME days off • Malpractice insurance provided • Life insurance equal to 1x salary up to $50,000 • 403(b) retirement plan with 2% employer match • $75 annual uniform allowance Requirements • Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED • Minimum 2 years of FNP experience REQUIRED • Ability to see patients of all ages REQUIRED • Strong chronic disease management skills REQUIRED • Team-based outpatient care experience preferred Not ready to formally apply?
