JOB SUMMARY

Regional Primary Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care. This role requires a strong clinical background and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to deliver high-quality patient care.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess a robust background in a healthcare setting, preferably in Primary Care. Preferred experience includes:

  • Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems. Experience with NextGen a plus.
  • Familiarity with CPT coding, ICD-9/ICD-10 coding systems, and medical documentation standards.
  • Experience working with diverse populations including those with developmental disabilities or chronic illnesses.
  • The Family Nurse Practitioner role is vital in ensuring our patients receive comprehensive healthcare services tailored to their individual needs. We welcome applicants who are passionate about providing exceptional patient care while working within a supportive team environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical examinations and health assessments for patients across the lifespan.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and preferences.
  • Perform diagnostic evaluations and interpret results to guide treatment decisions.

  • Provide patient education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure proper documentation of patient encounters.
