We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and client-focused Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients and their family offices. In this multifaceted role, you will coordinate a wide range of business and personal support services across finance, legal, technology, property, and administrative domains. You will work closely with internal teams and external advisors to deliver white-glove, proactive support that enables families to manage their affairs efficiently and with confidence. This is a high-touch role requiring discretion, flexibility, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills. You will be instrumental in building long-term relationships and ensuring the seamless delivery of services tailored to each family’s unique needs.
Reports directly to the Managing Partner
Part-time role to start with potential to quickly expand to full-time as new accounts are acquired
Hybrid role - estimated 70% remote, 30% in the Calabasas office
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
- 5-10 years of experience in account management, family office management, private wealth management, or related professional consulting services
- Proven success in a rapidly growing and entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in Business Administration or related field
- Broad business and office management experience, knowledge, and understanding in areas including finance and bookkeeping, legal, insurance, IT, wealth management, entity management, estate planning, and other areas relating to the management of a family office
- Proven experience working effectively with a team of business service professionals across all of the areas described above
- Intermediate level skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and the Microsoft Suite of products as well as secure communication platforms and digital file systems
- Based with close proximity to Calabasas (in the Conejo or San Fernando Valley areas) to enable periodic in person meetings
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Versatile and able to manage a wide range of responsibilities across functional areas while staying calm under pressure
- Fast learner and able to make an impact within a short period of time
- Proactive and proven ability to take initiative
- Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional relationship management skills with client-first mentality and proven ability to work effectively with high net-worth individuals and executives of all levels at clients and with internal team members
- Customer service oriented and consultative approach with the ability to identify and anticipate needs, and provide appropriate and professional response to lead to high levels of customer satisfaction
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Highly organized and accountable
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose, manage, and follow-through on resolving the problem
- Honest, open, trustworthy and transparent with a high standard of ethics and integrity
