ABOUT US

We are a newly established Singapore-based single family office managing a diversified portfolio of investments, trusts, and special purpose vehicles (SPVs) across multiple jurisdictions. Our mission is to preserve and grow wealth over the long term through prudent financial management and disciplined investment strategies. Beyond delivering accurate, high-quality reporting to support informed decision-making for the family, we provide comprehensive oversight of investments, trusts, and estate matters, ensuring their smooth administration and long-term sustainability. We collaborate closely with leading banks, investment managers, legal advisors, and tax professionals worldwide.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
  • Professional accounting qualification preferred (CPA, ACCA, CA).
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant audit experience within a Big Four or reputable mid-sized firm, with exposure to banking or finance sectors.
  • Experience in family offices, private wealth management, hedge funds, or SPVs is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of accounting standards and financial regulations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office/Google Suite.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable liaising with stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Proactive, independent, and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are seeking a proactive, independent self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and a meticulous approach to their work. You demonstrate professionalism and discretion in handling sensitive matters, and are adaptable to evolving business needs.
Employment Type: 3-6 Months Contract (Convertible to Permanent)
Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Flexibility to work from home two days per wee

Responsibilities
  • Review full sets of accounts for BVI entities (including UK submissions) and Singapore entities.
  • Assist in the liquidation process for both offshore (BVI) and local (Singapore) entities.
  • Support trust and estate accounting, including preparation of relevant reports and documentation.
  • Manage and reconcile investment portfolios, tracking income, expenses, and asset valuations (including equities, real estate, private equity, etc.).
  • Assist with tax compliance, preparation of tax filings, and liaise with external tax advisors to ensure compliance with local and international tax laws.
  • Liaise with external accountants, tax agents, and corporate secretaries in BVI, UK, NZ, and Singapore.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts for the family office and related entities such as trusts and SPVs.
  • Maintain meticulous financial records, filing, and documentation to support transparency and compliance.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Principal and other team members as required.
