Family Office looking for Investment Accountant (or Controller) with job of:

• Portfolio Management: Utilize Financial Reporting Software (Addepar) to track investment activity, performance, & generate reports.
• Entity Management: Manage operational/legal tasks for entities such as filing annual reports or maintaining corporate records.
• Document Management: Organize all documents (Legal, Investing, Etc)
• Estate Planning Support: Assist with strategy, execution and compliance.

KEY SKILLS NEEDED:

• Discretion and Trust: Investment professionals must maintain confidentiality and act in the family’s best interests, given the sensitive nature of wealth management.
• Skills: ULTRA HIGH attention to detail, strong math and analytical skills, problem solver, intellectually curious, and ability to communicate well.
• Tools: Solid understanding of financial reporting software, Excel, Outlook.
• Humanity: Be a good person.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Accounting, or Finance)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• US Citizenship. Drivers License.

NEEDED SKILLS:

• Financial Reporting (Addepar or Black Diamond or equivalent)
• Understanding of Financial Terms
• Account Reconciliation
• Cash Flow
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Two years of Accounting or Financial Reporting experience
• Ideally worked with an investment financial reporting software before
• Comfortable working independently
