About the Client Our client is an international holding with an active portfolio across traditional and digital assets. They are expanding and looking for a skilled specialist who can take full ownership of investment and financial project management, ensuring structure, transparency, and high standards across all processes. Role Overview In this role, you will manage the entire lifecycle of investment projects - from analysis and documentation to execution and monitoring. You’ll oversee asset ownership structures, financial reporting, agreements, external partners, and overall operational flow. This position is ideal for someone who can navigate complexity, work independently, and ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Analyze investment opportunities and prepare supporting documentation. Manage full investment project cycles, from requirements gathering to reporting and finalization. Maintain and oversee the asset ownership structure. Control and optimize tax planning with internal and external specialists. Manage financial reporting, including monthly and annual statements. Review, draft, and negotiate agreements, contracts, and investment documents. Build and control document workflows, payment calendars, deal pipelines, and other operational processes. Requirements Experience in investments, capital management, banking, or consulting. Strong background in contract analysis, M&A documentation, and investment materials. Solid project management skills with a track record of closing complex deals. Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong execution. Financial or legal education is considered an advantage. Fluent Russian and Advanced English Key Soft Skills High level of confidentiality and responsibility. Strong time-management and prioritization. Analytical mindset and structured approach to work. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
