The ideal candidate will “own the job,” taking full responsibility for managing the CEO’s life, home, assets, and travel while optimizing time, costs, and overall efficiency. This position is not just about completing tasks but about thinking ahead, solving problems, and streamlining processes to ensure the CEO and her family can operate at their best.

  • Experience managing high-level individuals’ or families’ personal and professional lives.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on the “bigger picture.”
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in travel planning, budgeting, and expense management.
  • Familiarity with household management and property operations.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented.
  • Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
  • Commitment to spending resources wisely and optimizing outcomes.
    Pay ranges from $100,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities
  • Act as the “CEO” of the CEO’s life— maintaining personal and family calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling that factors in travel, meetings, and family obligations.
  • Anticipate and coordinate all aspects of the CEO’s schedule, including personal appointments, errands, and events.
  • Manage household operations, including maintenance, vendor relationships, and property management.
  • Plan and coordinate business, personal, and family travel, optimizing travel itineraries for cost, convenience, and comfort.
  • Research and book accommodations, flights, transportation, and activities while managing travel budgets.
  • Ensure all travel logistics are thoughtfully aligned with the needs of the CEO and her family.
  • Oversee personal and family assets, including financial, real estate, and other investments, in collaboration with financial advisors and other professionals.
  • Track and ensure the efficient use of resources, such as household budgets and expenses.
  • Think beyond direct instructions to anticipate needs, solve problems, and achieve overarching goals.
  • Optimize processes and systems to save time and money while maximizing results.
  • Provide thoughtful recommendations and solutions to improve the family’s lifestyle and operations.
  • Manage personal communications and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
