Description The Family Partner at the Plymouth Family Resource Center plays a vital role in supporting families by providing lived-experience perspective, advocacy, and strengths-based support. This team member uses personal insight, shared experiences, and community knowledge to build trusting relationships, guide families toward resources, and help them navigate systems such as behavioral health, child welfare, education, and community services. What You Will Be Doing to Help Families...
