Description We are seeking a dedicated Family Partner to provide peer-to-peer support and advocacy for families navigating mental health, education, and social service systems. The ideal candidate is a parent or legal guardian with lived experience supporting a child with emotional, behavioral, or mental health needs. This role involves empowering families, building strong relationships, and collaborating with service providers to ensure families receive appropriate support. What You Will Be Doing to Make a Difference in the Lives of Families... Offer peer support, guidance, and mentorship to families based on personal experience. Help families navigate mental health, education, and social service systems. Advocate for families' needs in school, healthcare, and community settings. Provide emotional support and empower families in decision-making. Facilitate parent support groups, workshops, and community outreach.
