FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PLC is immediately seeking 4 full-time permanent physicians. Our client is a busy clinic in a fast-growing community with a high public demand for family physicians. The physician income will be based on fee for service, with an option to buy-in for the perfect fit.
The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, focusing on preventive medicine, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role involves working closely with patients of all ages, ensuring their health needs are met in a supportive and professional environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidates must be licensed or eligible to apply for licensure by the College of Physicians and Surgeons Alberta (CPSA).
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $250,000.00-$350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• No Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends are extremely rare unless you want them.

Licence/Certification:

• CPSA and/or CCFP license (preferred)

• Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose medical conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Provide ongoing patient care, including medication administration and pain management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and referrals as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
