The Opportunity

We are seeking a Family Physician to join our growing Calgary practice. This is an onsite primary care position focused on proactive, personalized, and evidence-based medicine.

The physician will work within a multidisciplinary team to address acute, chronic, and preventative health needs while developing long-term relationships with patients. The role offers a manageable patient panel of approximately 225–300 patients, allowing the physician to provide comprehensive and highly personalized care.

The position will begin at three days per week, with the opportunity to increase to four days per week for the right candidate. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., providing predictable scheduling and a strong work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and develop personalized care plansDiagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditionsProvide ongoing preventative care and health optimization supportEducate patients on prevention, nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle interventionsUse advanced diagnostic tools and testing to support clinical decision-makingCollaborate with specialists, nurse practitioners, nurses, and allied health professionalsProvide timely patient follow-upMaintain accurate and comprehensive documentation in the electronic medical recordStay current with medical advancements and incorporate evidence-based practices into patient care

We are looking for a part time/ full time physician for walk-in/ family practice to work on flexible shift between 9 am - 9 pm , option to work seven days a week or five days . This location has a stable foundation with over 1500 active patients from a diverse panel.

This office is situated in the heart of North-Delta, BC, conveniently located in a medical building which includes a pharmacy and other major medical services. Plenty of free parking surrounds this building. The office has 6 exam rooms and 3 private offices for the doctors. Some of the other features are:

- We are fully computerized with EMR and physicians will have option to use paper charts if they like.
- Waiting area is equipped with the TVS.
- New onsite Pharmacy .
- Office hours are flexible and shift open between 9 Am - 9 PM, 7 days a week.


Responsibilities

Active independent licensure, or eligibility for independent licensure, with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of AlbertaCertification in Family Medicine is preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamStrong commitment to patient-centred care, prevention, and long-term health optimization

Experience in preventative medicine, concierge medicine, executive health, precision medicine, longevity medicine, or wellness-focused practice is considered an asset.
