JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. This role requires a strong foundation in family medicine along with experience in various specialties to ensure holistic patient care.

EXPERIENCE

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in family medicine or primary care settings.
• Familiarity with EHR and EMR systems; experience with Epic is preferred.
• Background in critical care, hospital medicine, or urgent care is advantageous.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, CPT coding, ICD coding, and NCQA standards.
• Experience with diverse medical fields such as pediatrics, geriatrics, psychiatry, dermatology, oncology, and more is highly desirable.
• Ability to perform procedures related to interventional radiology, cardiac catheterization, or other specialties as needed.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $131,007.00 per year

• Conduct thorough physical examinations and patient assessments to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
• Manage chronic diseases and provide health coaching for lifestyle modifications.
• Perform minor surgical procedures, including suturing and wound care.
• Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Collaborate with specialists in areas such as cardiology, endocrinology, and gastroenterology for comprehensive patient care.
• Provide acute care services in outpatient settings and coordinate post-operative care.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain accurate medical records.
• Educate patients on preventive measures, immunizations, and family planning options.
• Participate in telehealth services to enhance patient accessibility.
