* Using evidence based practice to enhance outcomes * Senior level role|part time|fixed term to 22nd June 2027|based at Sunshine * A model built on practice elements; motivational interviewing goal setting Your role: The Future Pathways program is an innovative approach built on practice elements such as motivational interviewing, communication skills building and goal setting to respond to identified needs and achieve real and demonstrable outcomes. Working collaboratively, the team seek to address key intersectionality issues with families, children and young people (e.g. substance use, mental illness, low income, social isolation) as identified by each regional FPR Response. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop safety and intervention plans, deliver family-centred support, and collaborate with Child Protection and community partners to achieve positive outcomes. Key deliverables: * The program will equip parents with a greater knowledge about their children’s development. * Assist in developing parenting strategies they can use to the best meet the development needs. * The program aims to strengthen parenting capacity to ensure child health, safety and developmental outcomes are being met.
