Description Learn and understand the programs offered by The Learning Center to better educate families Receive and respond to enrollment inquiries, e-mails, and voicemails in a professional and timely manner Maintain consistent contact and communication with families that have interest in The Learning Center Verify space availability for each family’s request, whether it is for new enrollment or a change of schedule Be the liaison between Center Leadership and families. Schedule appointments for families to tour the facility, to enroll with The Learning Center, etc. Generate reports for enrollment and counts to be reviewed and discussed with the Leadership Team Enter, update, and review data timely and accurately for items such as: Applications and associated date which includes flu forms, immunizations, etc. Inquiry Cards Withdrawal Forms Flex Schedules Schedule Changes Work closely with the Business Associate to ensure accurate billing of family accounts for both new families and existing families that may have a change in schedule, change in tuition, etc. Serve as a back-up for the Family Service Representatives [as needed] due to high parent traffic, call outs, or other staffing needs Develops procedures for the department(s). Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service and profitability. Track and analyze inquiries, new enrollments, and withdrawals. Requirements High School Graduate, or equivalent Minimum of 1-year customer service, sales, or administrative experience is preferred Comfortable working in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Availability to work a flexible work schedule that meets business needs which may include: Mornings Afternoons Nights Weekends Some Holidays
