Coppersmith Recruitment are seeking a Family Solicitor/Legal Executive/Family Executive to join our clients team. Candidates should have at least one year of post-qualification experience, with strong knowledge of injunctions and private children matters. Experience with Legal Aid is highly advantageous. The role requires confidence in advocacy and the ability to manage your own caseload from the outset.

• Provide expert legal advice and representation in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and property disputes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on case progress.
• Organize and manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilise IT systems for research, case management, and communication purposes. Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
