REQUIREMENTS:

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Significant experience handling family law cases
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Proactive mindset and ambition to progress within the firm
• Leadership qualities desirable for senior positions

• Managing a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes
• Providing expert legal advice to clients with professionalism and empathy
• Contributing to the growth and success of the family law department
• Supervising or mentoring junior team members (where appropriate)
• Playing a strategic role in shaping the department’s future
