THE ROLE:

I am currently working with an leading Shropshire based law firm who are seeking an ambitious Family Solicitor or Lawyer for their busy office in either of their Shropshire offices.
This is an amazing opportunity for a passionate Family Lawyer who is looking to join an award winning law firm!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Family Solicitor in the department, you will:

• Manage Client Caseload: Work closely with senior partners and team members to manage a diverse caseload, providing tailored advice and representation across a range of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and pre-nuptial agreements.
• Deliver Excellence in Client Care: Uphold the firm’s commitment to outstanding client care by maintaining the highest professional standards. You will ensure clients are kept fully informed throughout their case, addressing their concerns with empathy and clear communication.
• Collaborate and Contribute: Actively contribute to team discussions and strategies, sharing insights and expertise. You will be encouraged to engage in business development activities, helping to further strengthen the firm’s presence in the Family Law sector.
• Maintain Quality Standards: Adhere to the firm’s rigorous quality standards, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Your role will involve continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest legal developments and best practices.
• Promote Firm Services: Identify opportunities to introduce clients to the firm’s full range of services, enhancing the firm’s value to clients by addressing their broader legal needs.
