OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Family Solicitor to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, providing expert advice and representation to clients on matters such as divorce, child custody, and financial settlements. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of IT proficiency, and exceptional organisational abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Qualified solicitor with a practising certificate in family law.
  • 1-3 years PQE.
  • Proven experience in handling family law cases is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly to clients.
  • Proficient in IT systems relevant to legal practice management and documentation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • A compassionate approach towards clients facing challenging personal circumstances.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
