Description

FAMILY SUPPORT COACH: EXPERIENCE IN SOCIAL SERVICES FIELD WORKING WITH ADULTS IS REQUIRED.

This position is non-exempt 40 hours per week.
Wage: $23.02 per hour- 6% increase for bilingual Spanish/English proficiency.

BILINGUAL SPANISH SKILLS STRONGLY PREFERRED

Responsibilities

POSITION PURPOSE:

Provide family support services and assistance to specific regions including content areas of
ERSEA, family partnerships and engagement, community resources and collaborations, and support service
delivery
.

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend and participate in program meetings as requested by supervisor.
  • Complete all areas of responsibility in compliance with program code of conduct and

confidentiality policies.

  • Be a contributory team member in a positive/productive manner.
  • Maintain professional boundaries with prospective and enrolled families.
  • Demonstrate commitment to mission, values and policies in performance of daily duties.
  • Other related duties assigned by supervisor.
