Our team is based at Civic Centre in Keynsham with the Children and Young People Service and we are looking for an enthusiastic worker to join our team. You will experience a culture of mutual support amongst team members and receive formal supervision on a regular basis and appropriate training. You will need to be committed to using a wide range of skills to promote and safeguard the welfare and development of children and assist their carers in creative and innovative ways to ensure timely care and support planning and intervention.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Family Support Practitioner to join our Disabled Children’s Team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
This rewarding role will see you responding to, co-ordinating and delivering a range of social care services to children, young people and families in the Bath and North East Somerset area. We work closely with our colleagues across the service and have established partnerships with agencies across health, education, support services and adult services to ensure we can respond as effectively as possible to the needs of children and young people.
