As the Family Support Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through:

  • Develop and maintain a working relationship with parents in the program. Working to meet program goals
  • Conduct developmental screenings (ASQ and ASQSE) at required increments as set by HFA, reviewing these with Child Development Specialists
  • Maintaining communication with Early Intervention on a regular basis for any target child receiving services by CCDOH
  • Maintain and utilize, the Healthy Families America Model and strategies within programmingBe flexible and dependable in regard to work schedule and assignments

  • Family Support Specialist Minimum Salary: $20.50
    Family Support Specialist Maximum Salary: $2 1.00
    Family Support Specialist Schedule:
    Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30-4:30
    Thursday: 11-7

Qualifications:

  • This position requires local travel with mileage reimbursement in personal car
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Driver’s License1-3 years of experience dealing with a diverse population
