As the Family Support Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in individuals’ lives, making a significant impact through:
- Develop and maintain a working relationship with parents in the program. Working to meet program goals
- Conduct developmental screenings (ASQ and ASQSE) at required increments as set by HFA, reviewing these with Child Development Specialists
- Maintaining communication with Early Intervention on a regular basis for any target child receiving services by CCDOH
Maintain and utilize, the Healthy Families America Model and strategies within programmingBe flexible and dependable in regard to work schedule and assignments
Family Support Specialist Minimum Salary: $20.50
Family Support Specialist Maximum Salary: $2 1.00
Family Support Specialist Schedule:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30-4:30
Thursday: 11-7
Qualifications:
- This position requires local travel with mileage reimbursement in personal car
- High School Diploma or GED
Driver’s License1-3 years of experience dealing with a diverse population
