Responsibilities
  • Deliver high quality customer service in a high-volume contact centre environment, servicing families between 7am-7pm Monday to Friday
  • Support families over the phone, live chat and via email, providing initial advice on the G8 early learning centre that will suit their needs and arranging centre tours
  • Outbound calls to assist families through the early learning and care enrolment process to ensure our families are ready to start in centre
  • Record and maintain our customer enquiries database within our CRM
  • Understanding and application of G8 Education policy, legislation, the Federal Government’s childcare subsidy and associated processes to effectively respond to customer needs
  • Work across multiple technology platforms and databases
  • Identify and escalate complex enquiries
  • Liaise with our centre network to enhance the quality of support provided to our families and centre
