• Current Basic Life Support (CPR) and First Aid Certificate must be maintained
• Assists the work of Social Workers and Welfare Workers by providing services and support to families.

Skill Level: 2ExperienceSix months experience as a Personal Care Worker in health care (Aged Care, Residential Aged Care or In-Home and community careHas experience and desire to gain experience in Aged Care and In-Home careResponsibilitiesAssist social and welfare professionals in delivering support services to families.Provide directassistanceand guidance to families in need.Assess clients’ needs through interviews and evaluations.Develop and implement tailored support and educational programs.Conduct interviews toidentifyand understand family challenges.Monitor client progress andmaintainaccuraterecords over time.Refer clients toappropriate servicesand external agencies foradditionalsupport whennecessary.Job Type: Full-timePay: $75,000.00 – $85,00.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountReferral programWork Authorisation:Australia (Required)Work Location: In person
