REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Community Services, Disability Services, or a related field.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities and their families, preferably within the NDIS system.
• Strong understanding of NDIS plans, processes, and service delivery requirements.
• Excellent communication, advocacy, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Knowledge of community resources and disability support services.
