Job Summary:
The Family Training Specialist assists the Kansas Post Adoption Resource Center (K-PARC) and Kansas Caregivers Support Network (KCSN) programs in the development, management, and implementation of a variety of training programs geared at strengthening and retaining foster and adoptive families, improving competence for professionals interacting with foster and adopted children and the families caring for them, and promoting stability for the abused and neglected children.
