Are you passionate about supporting individuals affected by family violence and making a positive impact in their recovery journey?
We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate leader to oversee the operational management of family violence accommodation and associated programs and services. In this role, you will provide essential operational leadership, utilising your expertise in internal practices, policies, and guidelines. You’ll lead a team providing specialist family violence case management, outreach, and afterhours response services, ensuring all practices are child-focused, strength-based, and trauma-informed.

The Salvation Army Australia’s Family Violence Stream provides a wide range of services around the country to support women and women with children impacted by family and domestic violence. This role will involve supervising, supporting, and guiding the Case Management team through intake/assessment and ongoing case management, making a difference in the lives of those affected by family violence. About the role
We are seeking a values-driven and proactive Family Violence Team Leader, at our Darwin location. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this is a permanent, full-time position.
Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Award, level 7.
