The Technical Program Manager 1 is a career level professional role that is responsible not only for program delivery, but also for designing, building, and operating AI-powered and agentic tools that increase program management productivity (e.g., automated status reporting, risk detection, dependency mapping, and workflow orchestration). This position works with product managers, development managers, architects, software and infrastructure engineering resources and other key stakeholders. The incumbent will own AI tool delivery end-to-end—from prototype through secure, scalable deployment—ensuring solutions meet expectations for timeline, cost, reliability, and measurable outcomes by coordinating the activities of inter-division/departmental teams to successfully develop those solutions. These solutions consist of production-quality AI solutions using standard AI tools and modern software engineering practices. Programs/Projects managed have global impact to the organization's operations. This individual works with divine guidance to provide or support technology that furthers the mission of the Church and reflects the eternal impact of the gospel.
