We’re Hiring | Fan Experience & Digital Content Manager

Al Jazira Sports & Cultural Club is looking for a talented and creative Fan Experience & Digital Content Manager to join our Commercial & Marketing Department.

This role will play a key part in building and managing an integrated fan engagement ecosystem—driving match attendance, growing our fanbase, strengthening our digital presence, and creating memorable matchday and community experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the Club’s fan engagement and fan experience strategy.
• Plan and manage multilingual digital content and social media activities.
• Develop engaging player-led and match promotional content.
• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and influencer collaborations.
• Enhance the matchday fan experience, including fan zones, services and sponsor activations.
• Drive community engagement initiatives with schools, academies and other relevant entities.
• Manage content and events calendars and track KPIs and campaign performance.
• Support UAE Pro League campaigns, initiatives and reporting requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in fan engagement, digital marketing/content, sports marketing, events, or a related field.
• Strong experience in campaign and event planning, social media, stakeholder management and KPI reporting.
• Creative, highly organized, proactive and results-oriented.
• Strong proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Experience within the sports or football industry would be an advantage.
