• Handle a minimum of 8 indoor jobs and 6 outdoor jobs per day.
• Utilize excess time for set repairs at the Toh Guan warehouse or other assigned tasks.
• Accurately diagnose, service, repair, and maintain products to ensure optimal operating condition.
• Review product performance and supplier quality, and report any declines to the Technical Director.
• Conduct testing and inspection of finished goods.
• Deliver responsible service, repair, and installation support to customers in a professional manner.
• Provide technical assistance and respond to service requests from project clients.Perform additional duties as assigned by the Technical Director and/or management.
