We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven F&B Supervisor to support our Food & Beverage operations and lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Reporting to the F&B Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring service excellence, motivating team members, and maintaining the highest standards across our dining venues.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience within Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related qualifications are an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and guest experience management.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the confidence to handle operational challenges effectively.
• Professional appearance and a positive, hands-on attitude.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining service excellence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and restaurant management systems such as MICROS/POS.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the operation.
