Barrhead Travel is recruiting for experienced Fares & Ticketing Agents to join our incredible team. We’re expanding across the UK and looking for passionate, well-travelled travel experts to join us!

REQUIREMENTS

· Sound understanding and experience of airfare & ticketing queries
· Knowledgeable of business and/or leisure travel markets
· Passion for all things airline/airfare/product related

· Oversee the company airfare deals & ticketing activities
· Assist sales teams with pricing PNRs using a variety of different airfares
· Work with external airfare suppliers for overseas local market fares
· Ensure favorable ticketing deadlines are provided
· Use diary function reminders for deadlines on third party bookings
· Provide additional support to the after sales team
· Monitor for schedule changes and liaise with after sales team to rebook where applicable, and revalidate/reissue tickets
· Keep abreast of developments in the airline industry and share with sales & product teams
· Carry out quality control checks on booking files/PNRs
