About the Role: We’re on the lookout for a motivated individual to join our team on the Net Slab at our stunning Dover site. If you enjoy working outdoors and want to be part of a dynamic, hands-on environment, this could be the perfect role for you. About the Role: As a member of the net slab team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and safety of our operations. Your responsibilities will include: General cleaning and repairs of aquaculture nets Rope work and equipment handling Supporting general farmhand duties as needed What We’re Looking For: Physically fit and ready for hands-on work Forklift Ticket a bonus Strong communication skills Great time management and organisational abilities A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on safety Comfortable working in wet and fast-paced environments No aquaculture experience? No problem! We provide full on-the-job training for the right candidate.
