International Livestock / crop operation centered in Schomberg, Ontario has an opening for a seasoned Senior Farm Equipment Operator / Lead Hand. Reporting directly to the General Farm Manager, the successful applicant will already possess a high level skill set to operate, properly maintain and perform services and repairs. General duties also include crop harvesting, baling hay, planting, feeding livestock, farm infrastructure repairs and any other jobs requested by the General Farm Manager. Having your own tools an asset. Ability to work effectively on your own and perform physical labour when required are part of the mindset we are looking for.
Full time position, 50 hour work week, 5 days per week. Compensation base $70K depending on what you bring to the table! Some overtime and weekend work involved with this position. There is no accommodations available with this position. THIS POSITION IS OPEN TO PERMANENT RESIDENTS OF CANADA ONLY. Fuel allowance / Assistance with relocation to Schomberg area.
