Position Summary: * Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm, friendly, and professional first impression. * Support the coordination of guest bookings, farm tours, and activities. * Guide visitors through farm experiences, providing information about produce, animals, and sustainability practices. * Assist with hands‑on farm activities as needed to enhance guest engagement. * Maintain cleanliness and presentation of guest areas, pathways, and activity stations. * Support farm events, tastings, workshops, or farm‑to‑table experiences. * Respond to guest questions or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. * Collaborate with farm staff to ensure smooth daily operations and guest flow. About You:  * Relevant experience in a similar role  * Working rights in Fiji * Bring a warm, friendly, and professional approach to every guest interaction. * Have strong communication skills and enjoy guiding and educating visitors. * Are comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions. * Are proactive, willing to assist with farm tasks, and show initiative. * Can work flexibly, including weekends or special events where required. * Are dependable, trustworthy, and committed to delivering high‑quality service. * Have previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or related areas (advantageous but not essential).
