The Opportunity: We have multiple exciting opportunities to join our Harvest Road Oceans Farming Team based on the pristine shorefront of Albany’s Emu Point. Farm hand positions are currently available in Flip Farm and Intertidal Operations. These roles involve, but are not limited to: operating farm vessels, vehicles, tractors, forklifts and trucks; supporting compliance management including water sampling, environmental monitoring and HSE compliance; loading, unloading, moving, packing, constructing of shellfish farming infrastructure; operating mechanical equipment such as grading machines, and preparation of product for market/transport. Our ideal candidate will have: Class C Driver’s licence. Progressive and positive attitude. Demonstrated commitment to safe working practices. Motivation and be hard-working, willing to positively contribute to the Harvest Road culture. Strong work ethic and enjoy being part of a close-knit and passionate team. Be a self-starter, and confident working independently. Willingness to fill in across all operational requirements when required. Pass a National Police Clearance and pre-employment medical assessment. Possess sufficient fitness level to carry out required tasks. Responsibilities
