JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a General Farm Help. This position involves supporting daily farm operations, including animal care, equipment maintenance, and general upkeep of the farm. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions and able to perform physical tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous farm experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors.
• Basic knowledge of farm equipment operation and maintenance is an asset.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working with animals.

• Assist with daily care and feeding of farm animals.
• Maintain cleanliness and health standards in animal areas.
• Operate and maintain farm equipment and tools.
• Perform general farm maintenance tasks, including repairs and upkeep.
• Mow lawns, trim, and maintain outdoor areas.
• Assist with planting, harvesting, and other seasonal farm duties.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
• Perform other farm-related tasks as needed.
