As the welcoming face of our establishment, you will ensure every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay, providing personalized assistance and exceeding expectations at every touchpoint. Core Responsibilities Prepare guest documentation including itineraries, welcome letters, and waivers to facilitate smooth check-in/out processes Answer and direct phone calls according to company protocols Document guest preferences in the Opera system and communicate them to relevant departments Guide guests around the property and arrange on-site transportation when needed Address guest complaints promptly and professionally Process billing accurately following Front Desk procedures Document irregularities in the departmental logbook and alert management as appropriate Serve as a property ambassador by providing information about reservations, amenities, local attractions, spa services, and dining options Maintain an organized Front Desk area with all necessary materials readily available Develop comprehensive knowledge of Wildflower Farms facilities to effectively promote services to guests Build collaborative relationships within the Front Office and understand the operations of all hotel departments Rate: $20/hr Qualifications Minimum one year of experience in a hotel, resort, or private club environment Professional demeanor and appearance with strong teamwork abilities in fast-paced settings Flexibility to work varied schedules including weekends and holidays Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to interact patiently and diplomatically with guests Capacity to perform effectively under pressure during busy periods Additional Information Auberge Collection is a portfolio of extraordinary hotels, resorts, residences and private clubs.
