We’re seeking a Farm Labour/Driver to help with daily farm tasks and operate vehicles for transporting crops and supplies. This role is hands-on, outdoors, and perfect for someone reliable who enjoys physical work and contributing to a productive team.

Compensation & Hours:

• The rate of pay will be $25-30/hr
• Full-time hours and full-time work throughout the year

Position Summary:

• Operate farm equipment and vehicles safely, including trucks, tractors, and other machinery as required.
• Assist with daily farm tasks such as planting, harvesting, irrigation, and general crop maintenance.
• Load, transport, and deliver farm products, supplies, or equipment as directed.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Follow all safety procedures and work collaboratively with the farm team to complete tasks on time.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid class 3 driver’s license with airbrakes
• Must be physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including heavy lifting and bending
• Comfortable working with animals and in a farm environment

• Feed lot experience
• Tractor and combine experience
