The Farm Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing the full post-harvest and distribution cycle, from inventory tracking and food handling to transportation, packaging, and team management. This role ensures that all farm products—produce, dairy, proteins, and eggs—are handled with care, accurately tracked, efficiently packed, and delivered to customers and partners in optimal condition. The role also interfaces with wholesale brokering operations, poultry and chicken programs, and fruit grove management. Cold chain experience is required, with strong preference for candidates with agricultural, warehousing, distribution, dairy handling, or grocery backgrounds.
