We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Farm Manager to take ownership of our farm operations at Peats Ridge Farm. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for managing day-to-day activities, leading and developing staff, ensuring high standards of animal welfare, and driving operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
