ABOUT THE ROLEWe are currently seeking an experienced Equine Farm Operations Manager for a large equine facility in Abu Dhabi owned by a Private VIP Individual

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the equine facility, ensuring excellent standards of horse care, staff management, safety, cleanliness, and overall farm operations.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the daily operations of the equine facility and stable.
• Supervise and manage stable and farm staff.
• Organize feeding, grooming, exercise, and daily care schedules.
• Ensure the health, welfare, nutrition, and safety of all horses.
• Coordinate veterinary, farrier, training, and other specialist appointments.
• Monitor stable, pasture, paddock, and facility cleanliness and maintenance.
• Manage inventory of feed, equipment, medication, and other farm supplies.
• Maintain accurate records relating to horses, staff, supplies, and farm operations.
• Monitor operational budgets and control costs where required.
• Implement and maintain farm policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with applicable UAE health, safety, animal welfare, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate basic facility maintenance and report any issues requiring attention.
• Work closely with the owners and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Support the performance, health, and wellbeing goals of the horses.
• Identify operational issues and take appropriate action to resolve them.
