Description

The Farm Manager builds and maintains strong customer and employee relationships. Provides effective and profitable farm management services for clients in an accurate and professional manner. Job Responsibilities: The Farm Manager is responsible for the management of all aspects of business associated with agricultural properties of clients. Will supervise all tenant farm operations. Will oversee accounting information for each client using the AgWare MGR software. Will be responsible for USDA Government Program administration and compliance. Administer the sale of client's real property through private treaty or public auction. Will maintain current customer base and cultivate new business opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in agriculture-related field. Previous farm manager experience or related farm background preferred. Will become a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. Must be willing to obtain a real estate license (Salesperson and/or Broker) from the State of Nebraska. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Must be accurate and detail oriented. Ability to interactive effectively with customers, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Will provide unmatched customer service and exhibit the core values of Cornerstone Bank.
