We are looking for a motivated full-time farm manager to join our team in Cork.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day running of the dairy herd and farm operations
Carry out milking duties using modern parlour systems
Assist with grassland and pasture management
Take a leading role in calf rearing and herd health programmes
Ensure high standards of animal husbandry and welfare
Operate and maintain farm machinery safely and efficiently
Contribute to staff coordination, task planning, and record keeping
Work closely with farm management to optimise herd performance
Requirements:
Legal right to work in [Country] is essential
Previous farm or agricultural experience required (dairy preferred)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
