For our breeding farms in the Cloppenburg area, we are looking for a committed and responsible individual to join our team as soon as possible.

Farm Manager Poultry Breeding (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

You will be responsible for the independent management of a poultry farm and ensure the smooth operation of daily business. Your tasks will include, in particular:

• Independent care and feeding of the poultry stock
• Daily health and inventory checks
• Monitoring of the barn equipment and ensuring proper operational procedures
• Organization and execution of livestock housing operations
• Cleaning, disinfection and compliance with hygiene regulations
• Documentation and quality assurance
• Maintenance of outdoor facilities and general order on the premises

Your profile:

• Practical experience in the agricultural sector is desirable.
• Career changers (m/f/d) from other agricultural or downstream sectors, for example from slaughterhouses, are also welcome.
• Practical experience in poultry or livestock farming is an advantage.
• Enjoyment of independent, self-reliant work
• Physical resilience and reliability
• A high sense of responsibility and careful handling of animals
• Technical understanding and manual dexterity are desirable.
• Driving licence class B
