We are seeking an experienced, practical Farm Manager to oversee the safe, efficient, and productive day-to-day operation of our farm in Mylor, South Australia.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who understands farming from the ground up. You'll be comfortable managing people, machinery, livestock and/or cropping activities, property maintenance and completing seasonal priorities while working closely with the Business Owner.

The Role

Based in Horsham, you'll take ownership of grain procurement across the Wimmera/Western VIC region. You’ll build strong grower relationships, identify market opportunities, negotiate contracts and ensure AGT secures quality grain alongside strong commercial outcomes.
