Learn more about the operation: https://solterra.com.au/properties/worral-creek/ Job Description About the Job We need support in the form of a Farm Office Manager, either on a full-time or part-time basis (between 22 and 38 hours per week). The Farm Office Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting both the Farm General Manager and the Corporate team by overseeing essential administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the farm. For the right candidate, we’re open to a hybrid working arrangement, with 50% of the time worked from home and 50% from the farm office. You’ll report to the Farm General Manager. Key Responsibilities: Process invoices and review, code, and reconcile accounts for payment, including corporate credit card purchases (NAB Flexi-purchase). Oversee and maintain accurate and timely farm management records across systems including Deputy (timesheets), AgWorld (farm records), SAP Concur (accounts payable), AgriChain (grain management), Protech (contractor management), and Lucidity (safety management). Maintain accurate records of farm assets, infrastructure, plant and equipment, spare parts, and inventory, including stocktakes, registrations, and licence payments. Support the General Manager and farm team with budgets, presentations, reporting, and technology. Facilitate onboarding and inductions for employees and contractors, ensuring pre-start paperwork and safety requirements are completed. Maintain the contractor register and support farm staff with system access, safety reporting, and monitoring of training, licences, and development requirements. Manage general office operations, including inquiries, phone and email correspondence, filing, archiving, mail, and other administrative tasks. Assist with month-end reporting, local event coordination, travel arrangements, and staff training logistics.
