Description POSITION SUMMARY This role requires a hands-on approach, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience with livestock care, equipment operation, and property upkeep at various locations. Requirements POSITION QUALIFICATIONS MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience in farming, ranching, or property maintenance. Proficiency in operating and maintaining equipment and tools. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently. Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks and work in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required). EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE High school graduate or equivalency. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Farm Operations: Care for livestock, including feeding, watering, health monitoring, and shelter maintenance. Operate and maintain farm equipment, tractors, and other machinery. Monitor farm supply inventory and coordinate purchases as needed. Maintain fencing, barns, and other farm structures. Property Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on buildings, equipment, and infrastructure. Handle landscaping duties, including mowing, tree trimming, and weed control. Conduct minor repairs on plumbing, electrical systems, and general structures. Ensure the properties remain clean, organized, and functional. Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow removal or storm preparation. Additional duties as assigned
